Translated, Tae Kwon Do means “art of hand and foot,” and originally comes from Korea. Tae Kwon Do techniques are based upon the purpose to train people physically and mentally. It utilizes punching, kicking, striking and blocking in unarmed combat for self defense as well as for health.

 

Little Dragons Tae Kwon Do: Ages 4, 5 & 6

 

This class is specifically designed to fit the needs of young children. We focus on important life skills such as listening, courtesy, respect and interacting with others. This age is the perfect time to lay the foundation for healthy fitness habits.

 

Tae Kwon Do for Kids: Ages 7 - 12

 

We teach important life skills such as self-confidence, self-defense, courtesy, discipline, perseverance, respect and follow through. Our program builds your child as an individual. Our instructors give one-on-one coaching and praise to improve both technique and self-esteem.

 

Teen & Adult Tae Kwon Do & Combat Hapkido

 

Focus on self-defense and fitness in a fun, friendly and challenging environment. Our evening class times enable you to train around busy school and work schedules.
