Translated, Tae Kwon Do means “art of hand and foot,” and originally comes from Korea. Tae Kwon Do techniques are based upon the purpose to train people physically and mentally. It utilizes punching, kicking, striking and blocking in unarmed combat for self defense as well as for health.
Little Dragons Tae Kwon Do: Ages 4, 5 & 6
This class is specifically designed to fit the needs of young children. We focus on important life skills such as listening, courtesy, respect and interacting with others. This age is the perfect time to lay the foundation for healthy fitness habits. |
